A musical will inaugurate on Thursday the first Tourism Fair Guadalhorce-Sierra de las Nieves in Coín

It will take place in the mall "la Trocha" Coin from June 12 to 22 and will open with the traditional ribbon cutting and a musical

On Thursday, 12th at 19.00 will be the inauguration of the First Tourism Fair Guadalhorce-Sierra de las Nieves which organizes "Rural Malaga". The fair will take place in the mall "la Trocha" Coin between 12 and 22 of June. Sponsoring the event are the Provincial Council of Malaga and the Government of Andalusia. In addition, the fair is part of acts of the fourth anniversary of the mall.

The fair will feature five areas defined to be the tourist information, Malaga traditional products, exhibition, entertainment and tasting. This exhibition will remain open, Thursday and Friday, between 17:00 and 21:00 hours, Saturday from 12.00 to 21.00 and Sunday from 12.00 to 14.30 hours. The exhibition will devote the first weekend (from 12 to 15 June) to the county Guadalhorce, while the second weekend (from 19 to 22 June) will be the turn of the Sierra de las Nieves.

The opening ceremony was attended by the deputy and mayor of Cartama Jose Garrido, the mayor of Coín, Gabriel Clavijo, the chairman of the Commonwealth of the Sierra de las Nieves and Mayor Sebastian Guaro Rueda; besides the director of Rural Malaga and organizer Antonio Martin, representatives of The Mall ‘la Trocha’ and mayors and councillors from the majority of municipalities in the Guadalhorce Valley and Sierra de las Nieves.

The Fair will begin activity on Thursday with the opening of the stands at 17.00, at 19.00 cutting the ribbon will be carried out with a consequent official opening, and tour of the authorities. At 19.30 hours there will be a spectacular musical in the Mall Square.

On Friday afternoon, Pizarra will be the highlight of the sample people, while on Saturday morning will be Alhaurin de la Torre, Saturday afternoon Álora and Coín and Sunday will be Cartama.

This one is the second one of a series of fairs of tourism that "Rural Malaga" will organize in the province. After the success in the Fair of Tourism of the Axarquía with more than 25.000 visitors, more than 10.000 persons are expected these two weeks in Coín. Later they will continue in Mijas and Malaga.
